Like every human, Winnie faces challenges in health, relationships, and finances. What sets her apart is her passion for sharing the transformative tools and practices she relies on with compassion. These tools are easy to learn but require discipline to practice independently. That’s why she created this community – to support and grow together. It has grown to be co-facilitated by Jay Dubois, an expert on human relations and internal energy cultivation. What makes these sessions unique is their spontaneous approach; we begin each class by asking participants, ‘What’s coming up with you today?’ This ensures that every class is unique, entertaining, and a custom solution tailored to your needs.
